Above you have in the submenu options of the Legal Research area is two options. The first option, when selected, will turn the page to areas of websites that you may use to do your Federal or State Legal Research. Some of which may be freely available and some that will require a membership to further execute your research. The websites we have included are Lexis-Nexis, Cornell University, Government Printing Office, and more.
The second option, is for the Miami Valley area of research. All the counties surrounding Montgomery county will be the choices you have for your research. Within these counties, if available, you will have direct access to the local court rules, forms, and other pertinent information that will help you in filing with the courts and the ability to search the local ordinances in the major cities in that county.
In the Legal Forms area we have included forms submitted to us by visitors. We will continue to add forms once we have reviewed them and once we include a disclaimer on each form. The next sub-menu option that appears under the Legal Research are links that will help you in choosing an expert witness.
